In loving memory of my dear sister from Hilary.
When I come to the end of the road and the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in a gloom filled room.
Why cry for a soul set free?
Miss me a little, but not too long and not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared,
Miss me, but let me go.
For this is a journey we all must take and each must go alone,
It's all a part of the Master's plan,
A step on the road to home.
When you are lonely and sick at heart, go to friends you know.
Bury your sorrows in doing good deeds,
Miss me, but let me go.

Dear Granny,
Thank you for all the laughter and joy you have given and shared with me. I will miss the twinkle in your eye and cheeky grin, but most importantly your hugs. You and Grandpa were the best grandparents I could have asked for and I'm happy you can be with him again after so long. I miss you but know you love will live on through us, your family. And the song '(Is this the way to) Amarillo' will forever be known as 'Is this the way to Granny Riddell'!
Lots of love and hugs
Sophie xoxo
